Renal Acute Insufficiency in newborns.
Keywords:
KIDNEY FAILURE, ACUTE, HUMAN, INFANT NEWBORNAbstract
The neonatal renal acute insufficiency is defined as an abrupt and serious disorder of the renal function, characterized by the fall of the glomerular filtration and of the tubular functioning and, eventually, of the urine production; it should be suspected when the neonatal plasmatic creatinine value does not descend to levels, lower than maternal, increases around 0,2-0,3 mg/dl/day, or surpasses the 1,5 mg/dl value, independently of the diuresis value. The diagnosis and treatment should be simultaneously, to correct the problem in a way limiting the renal function compromise.Downloads
