Potential of websites for professional guidance in degrees of medical profile

Nowadays, the selection of university degrees by adolescents becomes a moment as crucial as it is difficult. In order to contribute to making this selection more effectively, the professional guidance process is conceived in the field of higher education. At the same time, it is recognized the growing impact that the use of websites and information and communication technologies is having on the dissimilar processes of society, which include those that take place in the framework of higher education, such as professional guidance. All of this also becomes relevant to the field of university courses of medical profile. Hence, the objective of this work is to substantiate the potential of websites as technological tools to support the professional guidance process in the degrees of this profile.
