INFECCIÓN/quimioterapia, RESISTENCIA MICROBIANA A LAS DROGASAbstract
A retrospective study was carried out from isolated microorganisms resistance in specimens taken from hospitalized patients in a year, with the objective to know what bacterias circulated within the hospital and how they behaved before 14 antibiotic drugs tested using a computarizad equipment called Dinamic10. Speciafically,Gram Microorganisms werw isolated,Enterobacteria which represented 57,8% and BNF Enterobacter and Escherichia Coli were the most impinged bacteria on sepsis, Gram showed high resistance percentages to penicillin and vancomycin and the outstanding decrease of the same should be noted, when a penicillin and a beta lactamic molecule are combined(ampicillin/ sulbactam).Amikacin reached the lowest percentage among aminoglusides(13,4%) but even coger were imipenem(10,3%) and ciprofloxacin(7,9%) from the cepalosporine drugs the lowest resistance was in ceftriaxone(40;7%) Gram+ bacteria showed,in general, low resistance percentages, the greatest was that from kanamycin (48,1%) resultin,of interest thit 19,3% was for vancomycin which is really high when it is compared with other reviewed studies.Downloads
