Abstract

The bronchial asthma is the most common cronics affections between adults and children in the developed world. With the advance of the technology big advances they have been achieved in the therapeutic, but it is necessary for the rehabilitation the asthmatic patient to obtain changes in the lifestyle that although they plows achieved it long-cheats they have bigger repercussion in the morbimortality that gives the illness. Completing the functions gives the Family Medicine to Promote, to Prevent, to Cure and to Rehabilitate was carried out an applied experimental analytic study with an evaluation, gives impact that helps us to solve the problem, he gives health in the asthmatic population, achieving the decrease gives the lung dysfunction and to improve their quality of life. Hundreds of patient payees were selected with this pathology in the clinics Policlínico “Dr. C. J. Finlay” at Colon city. This program was applied in lung rehabilitation that has the following components: Psychotherapy, Thoracic Physiotherapy, Breathing training, General Physical Training, Sanitary Education. By means of to serial study the maximum breathing, where the levels give graveness they evolved favorably in 17.5%, the behavior gives the Flow Breathing Maximum it was upward, and the Variability gives the same one it descended; likewise the frequency gives the attacks it was possible to space with an optimization of medication and smaller interruption gives its habitual activity, with a positive economic repercussion.
