Abstract

The development of the biomedical journals quality has been possible due to the assessment of the scientific manuscripts prior their publication, because the purpose is increasing the transparence of the decision of accepting or refusing a manuscript, question involving authors, arbiters and editors. The aim of this work is approaching the process of scientific journals editorial assessment, making emphasis in the refused articles management.
