Nursing professionals, as active members of the health team, play a fundamental role during the care of these patients. Nursing care in the context of the crania-encephalic trauma in the pediatric population plays a crucial role in improving clinical outcomes and patients' quality of life. Specialized neurological evaluation, backed by models and care guides, allows for individualized and quality care. The application of the systematization of nursing care in the intensive care units unifies criteria and ensures care based on specific protocols.
