An strategy to investigate in the primary health level.

Primary health care is very important to guarantee health levels among the population. To identify the problems and to collect the information, the health care staff should master qualitative investigation paradigm, because it provides them the methods and techniques of the social investigations to collect, process and analyse the information of the studied contexts. That is why we deal with the following scientific problem: How to improve the investigation strategy in the primary health level?, taking as general objective: To create an investigation strategy for the health care staff that may serve as a working tool to investigate the problems in the primary care of the population, and as specific objectives: to explain the importance of a final inform of qualitative investigation and the aspects to take into account in each of its parts. Dominating this strategy a great number of users have investigated communitarian problems as water contamination, attention to elder people, familiar violence, alcoholism, suicide and quality of the policlinic services.Downloads
