We described the implanting rehabilitation through dental implants, as a great option inside the current stomatologic prostheses and the importance of bone grafts in their usage, the kinds of bone grafts, and also the materials currently used to make these grafts. We list the intra buccal zones that are used the most for obtaining bone grafts, and also the main mechanisms allowing the success of this technique.
