Abstract

Cuban patriot, physician and scientist, specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Eusebio Hernandez Perez was fighter of the three wars for Cuban independence in the XIX century. As a man of sciences he got remarkable recognitions and led a substantial written work in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He was an outstanding Cuban revolutionary, historian and participant of the events recounted and an exceptional professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the University of Havana for thirty years.
