Abstract

Skin has been described as “the organism's mirror”, it may appear damaged not only by cutaneous diseases but by various inner organs affections as well. An average of 30% of patients with diabetes mellitus have some kind of skin's trouble. There are several classifications of dermatological problems in diabetes, most of them very wide, that’s why we made a detailed topic's revision, to show a new classification in the cutaneous lesions of these patients and give a general management in the skin diabetes's problems, it will become the guideline to diminish skin problems and avoid complications from it, at the same time will be a tool to bring a right care in diabetics patient.
