Surgery treatment in unstable pelvis fractures. Our experiences.

The fractures in pelvis keep on having a high Therapeuticalcomplexity for the doctor for complications and limitations the patients have. It is done an study of 12 patients in Colon and Cardenas´ hospitals respectively between January 1998 and May 2003. All of them received trauma due to a high energy and presented a pelvic fracture taking into consideration Tile's proposal diagnosed and evaluated by Penal criterias by means of radiography before they have surgery treatments. The patients who predominated were mainly male (66.6%), writes (91.6%) and the type of fractures of group B (83.3%). The most frequent complication found was the breake of the urethra (25%) of cases.
