Abstract

The case of a male patient whith spotos in the skin a year of an evolution, discret pruritus. Generalized maculopapular lesions were observed which were not seen in palm, soles and muscles with positive Darier sign. The pathologic examination of the skin's studies, were compatible with indolent pigmentary urtticaria variety. The response to treatment was satisfactory. The patient is stable now without progression of the disease.
