Abstract

SUMMARY
A prospective, longitudinal investigation is done,and is the type of "Investigation on Systems and Services of Health " with the objective of improve the assistance to the seriously ill patient in Pediatric age, creating an independent work team for the Categorized D Intensive Care Unit witch the Service of Pediatrics At Territorial Hospital of Cardenas counts, with the introduction of the continued following system and independent duties; exposing the results of the impact that this produced in the attempt of this kind of patient: the ostensible decrease of remissions to Provincial Pediatric Hospital, the rise of the power of solution in SIRS-Sepsis problem and the forward flux in the attention as part of a much bigger investigative line. The results are exposed in graphics and tables doing the convenient observations.
