Abstract

Foreign bodies left in the abdomen after surgery, also called gossypibomas have an incidence ranging between 1 in 1500 laparotomy, although it is very difficult to assess the actual statistics for scarce reports due to possible medico-legal implications in They rigged bring many countries.
