Abstract

Theoretical concepts of the Teaching- Learning Process were reviewed. We based ourselves on contemporary psycho-pedagogical tendencies focused on the historical link. The paper deepens on the computerized teaching aids. It also values the current impact on the Information and Communication Technologies and their use in preparing health professionals. Computers have increased self-control and active independent study allowing the development of more flexible and open models. Hence, the authors have, as their main objective, evaluate the use of advanced technology as a technical aid in the formation of our professionals. Therefore, we try to enable a mean of computerized teaching (Web Site) for the independent study in the 6th year students of medicine in the Ginecobstetrics subject. We take into account the advantages of such means in the educational process.
