Abstract

An analysis is carried out taking into consideration the ethical aspects of the surgery treatment in patients with cancer. Of extreme importance are the aptitudes the physicians acquire in his formation, his formation,his training in the professional life his personal characteristics and his sensibility since their early year of learning at the university. A reflection between doctor-patient is done being this an important aspect, stating the importance of good communication using an adequate language in order to transmit confidence but without hiding the disease diagnostic and pronostic reality,taking us to the ethical in giving bad news. Another aspect approched in this work is the patient right to determine about his on her own treatment when this may cause severe disabling invalidating or deforming consequences.Finally and not less important,we analyze the oncologic patient follow -up and pain treatment with the consideration that they are ethical aspects which should never be evaded and must be priinciples in the treatment of patients with cancer.
