Abstract

The Vésico-Ureteral Reflujo (VUR) is very frecuently disease in the childhood. Is analaysed 425 cases was attended in Matanzas Children Hospital and the Paramaribo Academic University Hospital, Republic of Suriname. We reviewed the embryology, anatomy of the intramural portion of the ureter, causes, different types of Reflux, associate anomalys. Age, sex and race more frecuently. Is showed the most relieve datum. The surgical treatment is necessary in some cases, there are different technical approaches.
