Abstract

In our work we analyzed all the interventions done in the service of general surgery in the service of general surgery in the Hospital Faustino Pérez in the period understood between September of 1996 and December of the 2000 because of that we have the registration of all the evaluations of surgical interventions of the service as wellas the clinical histories of the studied cases.We analyzed the type of pathology that requires inteventions that werw the colestomy closing the resection abdominal perineal with more frequency the wicked tumor of ovary,(the ileotransversostomy),the the intestinal oclusion for flangers and the gastreotomia as web as other haced the level of the surgeon is important the complexity of the technique and tecnique and the mortality of this group that it was of 20% of the total reinterventions.
