Surgical treatment of the angular deformities of the knee

The angular deformity of the knee is a problem of big recurrence in our orthopedic service, and has been considered by many researchers with the objective of solving these pathologies and diminishing their fatal consequences for that joint. On that base we made a longitudinal, epidemiologic, observational, descriptive study, in 41 patients with angular deformities of the knee, subjected to surgical treatment at the provincial hospitals “José R. López Tabrane” y “Eliseo Noel Caamaño”, of Matanzas , in the period between January 2002 and December 2004.Downloads
