Low back pain management in a Health Area

Low back pains are a frequent motive of the assistance of different age's persons to the doctor's office. Sometimes they visit the physician, sometimes the clinician, the urologist, the internist, but finally the orthopaedic is the one who diagnoses the expectant patient, not always offering a satisfactory answer, and worse, a definitive solution. Because of that we did an observational, epidemiologic study in 117 patients coming to our office suffering low back pain in the period between November 2005 and April 2006 in the Health Area of Jagüey Grande.Downloads
