Cardiac primary tumours are rare during breastfeeding and childhood, and most of them are benign. We report the case of a 12-days-old, male enfant, that showed irritability, polipnea, and pale pink coloration, although well feeding. In the echocardiogram it was observed a big tumour mass, related with anterior and lateral walls of the left ventricle, and also the 33 x 33 mm emergency of the pulmonary artery trunk, besides another little 9 x 6,4 mm intracardiac tumour, Tumour masses do not present hemodynamic obstructions nor disturbances in cardiac functioning. We made a short diagnostic orientation.Downloads
