We present a female patient with macrodactyly of the right hand thumb and point finger. She received surgical treatment: temporal epiphyseal arrest with miniclips, with the objective of showing the application of the instruments created by the professionals of our service, offering a higher therapeutic availability. We obtained satisfactory results, concluding that this technical application is very useful and is available for everybody.Downloads
