Patients in Group I were pre-medicated with Prometazine, using the Heart,(C-1) acupunctural formula and one in the neck lateral regiong to the c5-c6 level, adding local anesthetic and sedatives according to the need,Group II had been premedicated with Diazepam and Bupivacine as local anesthetic. We could note that all patients in Group I were able to be surgically intervened with simila complications as the ones in GroupII, due, specifically to disturbances in the Ischemic band we therefore conclude that Surgical Acupunctural Analgesia is an useful method for upper limb surgery.Downloads
