The work we made is an instrument to evaluate and diagnose the life and educational conditions of the child with some biologic risk and his family. The instrument is eminently qualitative. It springs out from the “urgent” necessity of professional orientation these families have, related with these areas of the child development. We discovered that, firstly, during the spontaneous interview with parents, and them as a result of the query elaborated and applied to them with the objective of knowing the most urgent necessities of the families with biologic risks children at the policlinic “Heroes del Moncada” and from other information sources of interest taking into account to elaborate the developed instrument. Parents´ interview began to be used as an instrument of evaluation and diagnosis in May 2005, giving a more holistic knowledge of the studied case, and deepening in the main social/cultural conditions for the psychic development of the child. It is carried out by the dialectologist in a formal way, not spontaneously, to make sure that no significant, important aspect for the infant development is forgotten or suppressed, and fulfilling all the material, ethic and methodological conditions that allow to reach coherent, truthful results, the most possible adjusted to the reality of the studied case, to make later the most integral, dynamic, scientific and differentiated intervention in the necessities of the child and his family. The results of our work are a little, modest step into the immense theoretic-practical field we have to run through to fulfil our task of preparing families more and more for their educative function.Downloads
