Abstract

A Literatura revision is carried out in connection to definitions and conception to definitions and conceptions of the Medical Ethics in which the anesthesiologist and his or her relation with the application of Surgical Acupunctural Analgesia are involved.
Especifically the inter-dependence that should exist between the Autonomy Model and the Paternal Model under the Benefaction principle in the anesthesiologist daily work.The offering of sufficient and concrete therapeutic variabilities will allow a better physician patient relation not imposing the Surgical Acupunctural Analgesia,but convincing the patient for its correct application.
