Abstract

A bibliographic revision about the professional risk theme is perfomed,noting and reviewing four factors that have a negative influence on the anesthesiolojist professional practice,these are chronic exposition to residuals of anesthetic gases,stress,secondary radiations blood or body fluids.The immunological syetem is the most affected and in turn is the cause of other disorder strees is the main negative factor on the immunological and cardiovascular systems,in addition to conditions in the physical and psycho affective areas and sleep-wokefulness cycle.
There is a greatest possibility. For anesthesiologist to acquire tuberculosis,HIV and HBV. Interesting results are gives from different surveys and some recommendation have been suggested.
