Intraabdominal Infections.Up-dating the Pathology.1st Part.

The present work is an up-dated revision on the main aspects connected to intra-abdominal infections.The psysiopathological changes that take place facing the microbial aggression in the peritoneal cavity are firsthy exposed following a brief historical recount: diaphoragmatic physiopathology,peritoneal defenses,peritoneal answer,peritonitis bacteriology and ecology.Below,clinical therapeutic approaches and conceptions are described,concerning the treatment of primary secondary and tertiary peritonitis and intraperitoneal abscesses.Likewise, the septic skock frequency and the severe complication of the pathology are being up-dated in schematic way.We conclude deepening in some of therapeutic elements available at present.
