The following case report gives us a follow up of a white, female 58 years-old patient, coming to a consultation for presenting dyspeptic disturbances of six-months evolution together with general syndrome and light anemia. We made panendoscopy of the High Digestive Tract, finding an ulcerated lesion in angular incision with malignant characteristics, endoscopically concluded as probably Ulcerated Gastric Neoplasia, with subsequent anatomopathologic diagnostic of Gastric Adenocarcinoma of signet-ring cells. The patient was operated in our hospital, confirming the diagnosis with the study of the surgical piece.Downloads
