We present an 18-years-old patient with a history of pain at the Right Lower Quadrant for some months, receiving several treatments and being entered to the hospital several times without arriving to a diagnosis. After making different examinations, including colonoscopy and laparoscopy we decided to operate with the final diagnosis of chronic appendicitis after a wide debate at the surgery service of the Military Hospital of Matanzas Mario Muñoz Monroy. We carried out a review of the theme and confirmed the diagnosis, disappearing its symptoms.Downloads
