We carried out comparatives studies taking into account the adaptation of the prosthetic in a group of patient to which we effectuated recents extractions with biomaterial (apafill-G) in the alveolus another groups received conventional treatment in the immediate prosthesis treatment to value the degree of the problem of mucosis plaque that its produce for the change process during the heal of the intervene zone surgically. We investigated the degree of the prosthesis adaptation in patients treated with immediate prosthesis in which their dentals alveolus were fill up with the implantologic material(apafill-6) and by means of this we wade a connect comparatives evaluation between rehabilitated patients for conventionals procedures. This we wade a carried out in some intervals between 17 months up to 2 years of rehabilitation we use Ray X to evaluate the degree of osteointegration in all the cases like some adverse reaction of the biomaterial in the treaty zones this was done because prosthesis presents less durability than before and because of that we have to rebase them in just one year again.
The most relavant result was in 3 cases of the group; it was necessary to do a rebase during one year of being implanted that why we concluded that the results of the implanted method was more advantage that the conventional method and its because when we prolong the period of the use of the protesic restore.
