Primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas are currently considered as a distinctive category of primary cutaneous lymphomas and characteristic subtypes are recognized within them. We present a case of diffuse primary cutaneous lymphoma of large B cells, leg type, with location in the scalp, where studies were available immunohistochemicals for typing, which showed positivity for markers CD20, bcl-2 and MUM-1, and negativity for CD3 and bcl-6. These results, together with the characteristics of the lesions and the histological study led to the final diagnosis.
