Una estrategia para investigar en el nivel primario de Salud.

Resumen

La atención primaria es fundamental para garantizar los niveles de salud en la población. Para identificar los problemas y recoger la información el personal de Salud debe dominar el paradigma de investigación cualitativo, ya que le facilita los métodos y técnicas de investigación social para recoger, procesar y analizar la información de los contextos en estudio, por esto se le da tratamiento al siguiente problema científico: ¿Cómo perfeccionar la estrategia de investigación en el nivel primario de Salud?, proponiéndose como objetivo general: Crear una estrategia de investigación que le sirva de herramienta de trabajo al personal de Salud para investigar los problemas en la atención primaria de la población y como objetivos específicos: explicar la importancia de un informe final de investigación cualitativa y los aspectos a tener en cuenta en cada una de sus partes. A través del dominio de esta estrategia un gran número de usuarios han investigado problemas de la comunidad como contaminación de las aguas, atención a la tercera edad, violencia familiar, alcoholismo, suicidio y calidad de los servicios del policlínico.

Primary health care is very important to guarantee health levels among the population. To identify the problems and to collect the information, the health care staff should master qualitative investigation paradigm, because it provides them the methods and techniques of the social investigations to collect, process and analyse the information of the studied contexts. That is why we deal with the following scientific problem: How to improve the investigation strategy in the primary health level?, taking as general objective: To create an investigation strategy for the health care staff that may serve as a working tool to investigate the problems in the primary care of the population, and as specific objectives: to explain the importance of a final inform of qualitative investigation and the aspects to take into account in each of its parts. Dominating this strategy a great number of users have investigated communitarian problems as water contamination, attention to elder people, familiar violence, alcoholism, suicide and quality of the policlinic services.
