The inflammatory pseudo tumor is a few frequent non neoplastic process, characterized by an irregular increase of inflammatory cells. It can be originated in any place of the organism, and in most of the cases it has only one local settlement with benign characteristics. We presented the case of a male patient, aged 51 years who had the inflammatory pseudo tumor of nodular form in the right lung, with evolution to a pleural empyema.Downloads
