Abstract

It is told the history of the Matanzasan family medicine evolution, from its beginning in 1985 up today, through the events that were on the basis of the family physician and nurse work since the initial moments up today, explaining the inherent change periods it went through its evolution (1985-2006, 2007-2008 and 2011-current days). Finally we comment findings of the development of Matanzas an family medicine.
