Up-Dating on the behavior to follow in craneal trauma.

Abstract

Craneal trauma has become an epidemic.The management in patients with craneal-encephalic trauma depends on different factors,including or not the presence of associated traumas depends on different factors,including or not the presence of associated traumas, the clinical conditions of the patient before and after the trauma and,of cource,the traumation severity.The strict followw-up of thoce who suffered the accident just at the very first moment when the traumatic event takes place,his or her indispensable cardiorespiratory stabilization,and adequate conditions to move or ttnspont,warrant a mortality rate decrease and considerable reduction of a secondary damage in the neurological function related or worsen by arterial hypertension and specifically, hypoxia.The early knowledge of these factors together with the rapid and efficient treatment are the only ways to reduce morbimortality by craneoencephalic trauma.The goal of our work is to review the principle to follow in the craneal trauma and make attempts,in our province, to reduce the mortality due to this entity.
