Abstract

EL vértigo aislado puede ser causado por infartos de cerebelo, accidente isquémico transitorio(ATI) u oclusiones de la arteria basilar . Los episodios de vértigo en pacientes que sufren isquemias en la distribución de la circulación vertebro basilar son frecuentes y se denominan vértigo de origen vascular.
