Abstract

It is done an investigation about the level of information and knowlegges that Matanzas women have from HIV-SIDA,using a formula of evaluation valideted by OPS. In this investigation we can see some of the main socio-demographic characteristics,resulting that in spite of the level of information they have about HIV-SIDA ,they are not using efective ways of comunication like the family doctor and nurses and debates of health from popular organizations, existing a remarkable unknowedge about the principal way of transmission of this entity and its prevention.
