Abstract

The acne is a chronic auto-limited dermatoses, which affects the pileous sebaceous follicles that represent the most frequent cutaneous illness in the adolescents and it doesn't react in a maximum way to an isolated group of pharmaceutics and it is required the combination of topical medicines, systemics and the microsurgery to complement the treatment. We decided to recover the extractor instrument of the comedon for the drainage of the cutaneous lesions made of disqualified dental instruments, with easy to get to inexpensive materials that were very similar to the imported ones with the possibility of the generalization in the country.
