Abstract

It is made an study of the birth from diabetc mothers in Matanzas Hospital from august 2001 to july 2003.The sample was made by 206 patients Theys studied the pregnats age,the newborn weights and the complications of the newborn.The facts werw evaluated by a percentual method and the prevalence,or,where P<=1 with a significant level of 95%.The most importartant results are related with the fetal weight and with its correlation with risk factors,conditions of the newborns and its complications.In thhis study they alsd evaluated that the risk factors influence the birht before 37 weeks,fetal gigantam and the SDR in the newborn, as well as the as weell as the results which are expresions of a right control .
