Abstract

The education of new generations is a priority in any developing country because it is from them that the new generation of professionals will be nourished,the importance of the professors work,in general,derives from it and within these,specifically that of the guide professor as the group conductor to which he has been assigned to.This is why we carried out a theme revision,pointivy out some elements that we consider of grest importance and exposing some of our experiences from this work.
