Abstract

With the objective to demonstrate the survival of our patient with a wound in the right ventricle a reriew is carried out . In the Emergency Service of the Hospital “José R. López Tabrane”, a case is received with a wound by a white weapon in the precordial region and we decide to make an urgent thoracotomy. We find a wound of 1cm wound in the right ventricle, which is bleeding a lot,it is then repaired, and saved the the patient life , who also had a good recovery. We are very pleased to present this case.
