Abstract

An actual review of the Hyperosmolar Coma, a severe antity, is done. For the life of a diabetic, although it is not exclusive of them, it is where is most often found, and every physician that works in urgency most have this in mind, since there is possibility that the patient who is in coma may also suffer of a hyperosmolar coma. In this work we will explain new aspects about its Etiology, Physiopathology and Therapy.
