Abstract

The objective of this work is to suggest the characteristics of a docent strategy to develop communicatives abilities to obtain an appropriate relationship between doctor-patient to the future physicians doctors. Taking into consideration the necessary abilities for the fulfillment of the communicative functions, we established a series of premises in the clinic area, that allow us to make an educative job, including in the contents and through the clinic method, a way of organization of the process, with docent work adjusted to the didactic system with the objective to take a good relation doctor-patient, as part of its ethic-professional formation. The proposal is based in the dialectic materialism principles in the activity and communication categories, in the historical and cultural points of view of the human development and in the unity principles of the instructive and educative of the education. This has 3 moments (planification, performance and control) that includes an initial and final diagnostic in relation with the experiment where the observation and the interview techniques are used besides analysis of documents and experts criteria.
