Abstract

We presented a case with late complication of a video-laparoscopic cholecystectomy, occurring four years after a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. A specialist in Gastroenterology carried out an endoscopic retrograde   cholangiopancreatography using the conventional technique. A papillary pre-cut was done and the clip was extracted with biopsy clamp. A dark stone of around 1 cm of diameter was spontaneously passed.
