Vasculitis is the inflammation and necrosis of the vascular walls as a paraneoplasic manifestation of a No-Hodgkin lymphoma. Skin hypersensitivity vasculitis is the inflammation of the small diameter vascular walls as paraneoplasic d ermatosis in a No-Hodgkin lymphoma case. We present the case of a 42-years-old man that began with palpable concluding purple lesions in papular form, signs of distal necrosis appeared progressively, with mutilating treatment as a consequence of the seriousness of the lesions. During the year, a No-Hodgkin lymphoma of split small and big cells was diagnosed. The hypersensitivity vasculitis is the most frequent form of paraneoplasic vasculitis and its incidence is greater in limphoperative processes. The relatively benign course this kind of vasculitis is accustomed to have, became chronic and recidivate in the presence of an oncoproliferative process.
