Vertiginous syndrome in women.

A patient is presented with the diagnosis of cerebral cryptococosis, a non frequent disease generally occurring in inmunodepressed patients, particularly in those carrying the HIV virus. In this work it is exposed the clinical presence of light vertigo for around three months, followed by nauseas and occasional vomits with a little of equilibrium lost. The patient was admitted in the hospital to study the vertigo. A tumor of posterior fossa was diagnosed which was finally operated and it resulted in a cerebral Cryptococoma and an a cryptococcus meningocencephilitis in a patient that at present has a normal inmunologic systemDownloads
