Abstract

We present a case of coronary revascularization using a by-pass, backed on the revision of the updated bibliography. It is done a recollection of the patient's history, since the usual medication, going through the realization of the ergometric tests and the indication of coronary arteriography as a therapeutic and diagnostic test. We expose the causes of the failure of the coronariography with angioplasty and, as a result of that, the indication of the open thorax surgery. We analyze the numerous and infrequent complication the patient suffered during and after the surgery and the final success of the proced.
