Abstract

The bodily action therapy is recognized by its benefits to overcome the stiffness, the anxiety, the melancholy and different symptoms that although they are experienced at the corporal level they also influence the emotional part. In the day hours we have applied a new modality with bodily exercises and of interactive stimulation in groups at the hospital. This was used in 45 downcast patients, anxious and with stress disorders. The treatment was done with groups of 15 patients to which it was applied twenty sections with slackening exercises and bodily expressions and the results were exposed in category of certificate, better and not better. The certificates and the betters were the 86% of the patients with depressive symptoms associated to the stress (13 cases), 100% of the patients with anxiety disorders (15 cases), and the 80% of the patients which have somatization (12 cases). All the previous explanation is the same of to say that an 88% of the patients (40 cases) had a satisfactory development and this reflects the efficiency of the treatment.
