A prospective, analytic study was done with the objective to elaborate and evaluate according to clinic variables, a predictive model for the cholecyst lithiasis. Our study was established by 346 patients which were admitted to the hospital with a vesi cu lar surgery diagnose. They had a video laparoscopy cholecystectomy during the period comprised between November 1999 and November 2001 in ¨Faustino Perez hospital. The index of cholecyst lithiasis was 3.1%. In the analysis the most significant variables were the increased choledochal diameter which was observed in the ultrasound, alkalisch phosphatase and the presence of ikteros. None of the variables made a factor in the multi-variable analysis.A predictive model was made for the cholecyst lithiasis.
