Abstract

Alcohol consumption is currently one of the main risk factors related to the people´s health status. The patients with prolonged abstinence and socially reincorporated are considered formal leaders contributing to prevent addictions, as it is confirmed by the authors´ long experience working with alcohol addicted groups. A bibliographic review was carried out with the aim of systematizing the theoretical background of alcohol prevention from school and elaborating a strategy to take advantage of the rehabilitated addicts in this disease prevention.
